UPDATED: 5:07 pm CDT August 15, 2008

The Omaha city prosecutor says two women who used to work at Boys Town will not be charged for touching and kissing their two teenage students.

The patients were 16 and 17 years old at the time and beyond the age of consent, said Marty Conboy.

Conboy said the physical relationship was consensual and the workers were not found to have exerted pressure or coercion.
