Traffic Stop Nets Thousands In Stolen Car Parts

OMAHA, Neb. -- A traffic stop along Interstate 80 in Seward County netted thousands of dollars in stolen car parts.Deputies stopped a car for speeding just before 7 p.m. Thursday and found an AK-47 rifle next to the passenger, authorities said.A search of the vehicle turned up four 26-inch rims in the back seat and trunk that had just been reported stolen, police said.
Two people in the car face a variety of charges.
