Radon Kits Offered For Omaha's Older Homes

OMAHA, Neb. -- Free radon test kits will be distributed to Omaha neighborhood associations east of 42nd Street.The Douglas County Health Department is distributing the kits, and an official said that older homes are more prone to radon problems.
Neighborhood associations can contact the Health Department at 402-444-7485. Kits will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
